The onsite Tablet App is one of a kind - it can even work with all the data without internet!
Attendance is recorded straight from the aimy Plus web app. The system operates in real time, which allows attendances to update instantly. The lack of delay means that the system can be checked remotely and the data will always show accurately.
Digital Signature Sign In/Out
The attendance features make use of a parent’s signature whenever a child is being picked up/dropped off by a guardian. The signatures are time-stamped and recorded so that they can be seen later. Photos of Children and Parents are displayed on the Web App. Also, authorised pickups need to be added to the system for a child to be signed out, meaning that there is an extra layer of child safety.
Government department recognises aimy Plus solution for generating the required signature report for auditing purposes.
Late Pickup or Early Dropoff
When parents sign in/out, the system can check the time with their bookings, and advise parents there may be an extra charge for the extra time. Admin staff can decide if they want to charge for the extras (or issue credit notes) on the admin portal. All that takes is one button to create invoices or credit notes to Xero.
The Daily Summary is a page that shows you all the children that are supposed to be attending, with a list of notes that have been added for site staff to see.
Child Infomation & Medical Protocols
Since the onsite management app can work online or offline, you can access child medical protocols and notes anytime, anywhere with a high level of security.
