XERO SYNC ISSUE Some customers' Xero sync has been paused. This is caused by that the XERO consumer key needs a new certificate from us. If you are required to update a new certificate, there would be a guide displaying on the top of the AimyPlus portal for your site. Please login to the AimyPlus portal to check if you need to take any action. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything. Thanks for your cooperation. Best Regards, Aimy Development Team ---- All other systems running normally SMS Regulation Change Vodafone New Zealand Due to recent regulation changes with the operator Vodafone New Zealand, the SMS content of all messages sending into New Zealand will need to be changed. Please be informed it will now be compulsory to include your business name/brand name affixed to the beginning of an SMS. We recommend the following format - <XXX After School Care> Your child XXX will be at our XXX location for pick up today. The team is updating our templates in the onsite App accordingly, please remember to follow the new rule when you send out SMS from the admin portal. Starting July 1, 2019, any messages that fail to comply with the new requirements will be filtered or blocked. We apologise for any inconvenience, but this is an operator-imposed requirement affecting the whole market.
